Ken was published in the 360 Smart
Kit and was instrumental in the development of the 20/20® Insight
GOLD, a survey software designed to bring 360-degree feedback to the
next level.
A certified coach and trainer, Ken has spent over 15 years working

Dan
Silvert
Director of Leadership Development
Dan’s primary focus is guiding organizations through senior
developmental initiatives including: building greater accountability
into workplace culture, leading change, effective communication through
behavioral style awareness, and executive coaching.
Dan's passion is working with management teams to achieve clarity about
how executive group dynamics impacts culture, execution, and
performance. Highlights include: guiding a senior leadership team from a
potential plant shut-down to recognized high performance status,
coaching a department through the managerial challenges of a merger;
training managers to identify and manage the early warning signs of
employee turnover, and coaching a number of executives’ in-transition to
President / CEO positions.
With an early professional concentration in Career Development, Dan has
also worked with over 1,000 executives from widely diverse backgrounds
in navigating their careers from both within and outside their
organizations.
Dan's clients have included: Abengoa Bio-energy, Alstom Power, American
Medical Systems, Home Depot, Homeland Security, L3 Communications,
L’Oreal, Pfizer, Octagon Research, Shell Oil, and the New York Institute
of Technology.
Dan regularly speaks at business, higher education, and industry
associations throughout the Tri-State area including: The Project

A composer earlier in life, Dan is still able to impress his two

Stew
Bolno, MBA, EdM
Sr. Learning & Development Consultant
Stewart Bolno has helped executives, managers, and employees increase
their level of professional effectiveness since 1984. He possesses a
long history of helping sales teams improve performance. However, his
expertise enables him to consult with leaders, managers, and teams from
all organizational areas. After all, these people benefit greatly by
learning to appreciate the importance of their role while strengthening
their influencing and people skills.
By utilizing surveys, computer software, and instrumented learning
materials, his clients are able to quantitatively analyze their
individual, team, or organizational situation. This assists them in
building a strong foundation prior to committing to action. This
reinforces confidence and contributes to effective decision making.
Stew’s long term work history demonstrates that he has "walked the
talk." Early in his career, he earned executive positions with two major
retail firms, Abraham & Straus and R. H. Macy. As a consultant, he
conducted seminars for Xerox Learning Systems/Learning International. As
a Field Manager Associate of Inscape Publishing, he is a consistent
volume award winner. He has been cited with the honor of “Team Builder
of the Year”, from a population of 4,000 independent Inscape
Distributors. Stew has been a Board Member of the Small Business Council
of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and is an active member
of the American Society for Training & Development. For 10 years, Stew
was selected by the Wharton-University of Pennsylvania, Small Business
Development Center, to design and conduct courses in the areas of
Leadership, Sales, and Customer Retention.
Stew has earned an M.B. A. in Management and an Ed. M. in Adult
Educational Processes.

Heather
Hafner
Sr. Training Specialist
Heather brings a unique perspective and specialization to team
development. As a professional beach and indoor volleyball player for
more than a decade, Heather discovered what makes teams great from the
inside-out.
For the past 12 years, Heather has applied the skills and knowledge
learned on the court to real-life, workplace situations. She has worked
with many Fortune 500 companies and across a wide variety of industries
– both nationally and internationally.
Heather specializes in experiential teambuilding activities – both
indoors and outdoors – on land and water -- for large and smalls groups.
She is Project Manager of the Wheels For The World, bicycle-building
program; a Certified DiSC Behavioral Styles trainer and a Certified
Conflict Mediator.
She is passionate about helping people better understanding their
co-workers and themselves to create more effective and harmonious
working environments.
Heather has a B.A. in Journalism with a Minor in Marketing from
California State University Northridge. She is a member of the Orange
County Human Relations Commission and the North American Simulation &
Gaming Association (NASGA). |

Dave
Yunghans
Sr. Training Specialist
Dave has more than 25 years of corporate communications experience with
a wide range of professional skill sets.
During his career, Dave has created and delivered multi-day corporate
training and communications events. He has also created and delivered a
six-month customer service program. Dave also designed and delivered a
two-day specialized sales training program. Each experience has provided
a solid depth of knowledge in working with a variety of cultures,
languages and behaviors. Dave now focuses on three primary areas of
professional development: Team building, professional development and
leadership.
Dave is an avid salt-water fisherman and custom fishing rod builder. He
has traveled throughout Europe, North America and the Caribbean. He and
his wife (Suzanne) reside in Frazer, PA and can often be found in Cape
May, New Jersey. Dave and Suzanne have two grown children.

fishing rods for more than 15 years. |

Carla Stafford has more than a decade of experience in the corporate
training arena. She facilitates training program that focus on Team
Building, Supervisory Skills, Leadership Development, and Customer
Service.
Carla has custom designed numerous training sessions to personally
address the needs of the client. Some of her favorite leadership topics
include: Essential Skills of Leadership, Communicating for Results,
Conflict Resolution, Providing Performance Feedback, Coaching, and
Effective Discipline.
Carla is passionate about providing an engaging training experience at
every for every client. She is driven by the desire to help people learn
and grow and take ownership of the personal and team success. Her energy
and humor are always popular with participants, as she brings a
personable and professional facilitation style to every training
program.
Carla is quite a creative wizard, as she has played a key role in
developing new team building activities for Team Builders Plus, such as:
CSI: NegativeZero, ClueQuest: The Ultimate Indoor Treasure Hunt, Jungle
Adventure, and ZooQuest: The Wildest Treasure Hunt.
Carla has worked with small and large organizations in a variety of
industries such as: Barclay Bank, Campbell Soup, Cubist Pharmaceuticals,
Dun & Bradstreet, Exelon, GAF, Highmark, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Johnson
